Although I am a trained mental health professional that can assist with many different types of issues, I do have preferences and more experience in certain areas. I help people address issues from past abuse, grief and loss, anxiety and depression. I help people sort out ambivalent feelings or dealing with life changes. I help people learn to manage their emotions, anger, and stress differently. I have helped many individuals struggling with alcohol or drug addictions.
